At a media event prior to next week’s 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show, Bernhard Koehler, Fisker’s chief operating officer, revealed to Motor Trend that the plug-in automaker intends to launch three vehicles based on its relatively secretive Project Nina vehicle by the close of 2014.
As we’ve reported in the past, Fisker says the first Nina variant – a mid-sized premium sedan – will roll off assembly lines in late 2012. The two additional Nina variants are scheduled to launch separately, with one coming in 2013 and the other in 2014. Koehler told Motor Trend:

Whether the vehicles will be sedans, coupes, or even shooting brakes like the soon-to-be-revealed Fisker Surf remains a mystery, but Koehler did reveal they’ll be priced slightly above $50,000. Though prodded repeatedly by Motor Trend, Fisker’s executive team declined to provide additional details on the upcoming Ninas. We hope to hear more in Frankfurt.
