Fisker latest Karma model will be a shooting brake for Frankfurt
Is the Fisker Karma CUV we heard about a month ago about actually going to be a station wagon? That’s the latest report/rumor coming in from the UK’s Car magazine, and we only have to wait for the Frankfurt Motor Show to start in about a week to find out for sure.
Instead of a CUV plug-in hybrid, Car says that the new Karma model (the third, following the standard version, pictured above, and the Sunset convertible version) will be a shooting brake, which is the European way to say station wagon. The powertrain and most everything up front will most likely stay the same, but additional luggage space over the battery pack in the sleek Karma is a pretty sensible idea. We’ll see what the deal is soon enough.
